New collar style we're making. The Jeweled collar. Features 8 stunning crystal stones. Shown here with red crystals set in black leather. The collar is a double layer of soft supple leather that lined and stitched. The base layer is 1 1/4 inch wide and the top strap is 3/4 inch wide. Available in 3 sizes. Small fits 13 -15 inches, medium 15 - 18 inches and large 18 - 21 inches
